CLUES FROM NATURE: CELERY = BONE HEALTH






Celery stalk looks like our bones and is especially helpful for building bone strength. Like our bones, celery contains the right amount of organic sodium which is essential for our body. Taking the wrong kind of sodium (table salt) will not only increase your blood pressure but will leach calcium from your bones, thus making them weak. 

Who would have thought of eating celery for bone strength!
