Blackberry-Almond-Banana Slim-Down Smoothie ❥➥❥ approximately 250–300 calories

Blend together:
1/2 cup almond milk 
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt 
1/2 cup fresh or frozen Blackberries
1/2 Banana 
2 tsp hemp seeds (or freshly ground flaxseed) 
a dash of Cinnamon
1 tsp Honey
