Simple Home Remedies for Digestive Health-



1)Mash bananas with milk and eat to start each day.
Combine ghee and honey with a teaspoon of licorice powder. Eat two times each day before a meal.

2)Put a tablespoon of roasted cumin seeds in four ounces of freshly squeezed orange juice. Add a pinch of salt and drink for gastric relief.

3)Put isphagula in milk and drink right after eating.

4)Place a half teaspoon of ginger into eight ounces of buttermilk; drink three to four times in a twenty-four hour period when suffering from food poisoning.

Of course, all of these remedies work best when used in conjunction with some method of stress relief. Deep breathing, yoga, light exercise, and massage can all help to relieve stress and make gastritis less likely to develop.
